Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment
Payment authorization occurs at the time of booking. Sessions are time-boxed and billed accordingly.
2. Rescheduling
You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance via your dashboard, subject to availability.
3. Cancellation Terms
- ≥ 24 hours before start time → Full (100%) refund
- < 24 hours before start time → Partial (50%) refund
- No-show (10-minute grace period) → No refund
4. Helper No-show
If a confirmed Helper fails to attend, you are entitled to either a full (100%) refund or a free reschedule.
5. Service Issues
If the quality or scope of a session is materially unsatisfactory, contact support within 72 hours. We may issue a full or partial refund upon internal review.
6. Chargebacks & Abuse
Unfounded chargebacks or abuse of the refund system may result in account suspension or investigation.
7. Taxes & Fees
Refunds exclude any non-recoverable third-party processing or platform fees, if applicable.
